Critical Affliction Item: Golden Amulet of the Lost King
A golden amulet depicting an unusual being from Lunara grants its wearer with mysterious powers. During the night the user can cast an aurora upon the sky, and manipulate that light into a single beast up to 20 meters in length that fully obeys whoever is wearing the amulet. This creature will disappear once they have sustained enough damage, been prone to a large amount of light, or when night fades. 

Description:
A large pendant made of gold, depicting the long-lost king of Lunara. May one day he return and bring life to the fallen city.

Alert Affliction Item: Dephx Claw Pendant
This pendant is exceptionally attuned to Dephx, and can provide a number of uses. Commonly used to ward off Dephx attacks, this pendant is also known for controlling and manipulating a Dephx's mind when the user's magic is strong enough (10+), however, its main use is to commune with Dephx who have become feral or are in an enraged state.

A small pendant made from a Dephx's claw. Commonly found, can net a small price on the affliction market.

Critical Affliction Item: Carved Diamond Ring
When worn, the user can manipulate the light around them into forms and weapons. This can only be done during the day when light is present. The power and severity of this ability is based on how much light surrounds the user, allowing a maximum of structures and creatures 3 stories tall and under. Anything created with this power appears to be somewhat translucent and any color, akin to a projection or a glass/crystal material. While appearing translucent, items are still fully physically but can be easily shattered with enough force.

A small ring made of a large chunk of diamond. Due to the rarity of diamonds, these rings are near impossible to create.

Gives the ability to steal others' memories, or implant one's own into another's mind. Fake memories can also be inserted, however, they only last a brief amount of time in the host's head. Extended use of this ring may cause side effects such as; memory loss, loss of identity, and alteration of personality.

If the user has any stripped patterns these can glow and float off the body. These stripes can change color based on mood.

Gives the character the ability to fully glow as if their body was luminescent and/or ethereal for a short amount of time. Heightens all senses while active. 

Description:
An extremely rare species of fungi that gives unique effects when ingested or touched. This fungi has been known to temporarily increase the power of other afflictions when ingested.

Critical Item Affliction: Blood of the Red Moon
Under nights where the moon is high, the user can call upon the energy of the moon to manifest night terrors. These manifestations are always pitch black and can be in the form of tendrils, creatures, ghosts, or monsters, and more. Those in the general vicinity (10km radias) will see the moon as a deep crimson red, and this blood moon will only dissipate when the user is no longer drawing the light or "energy" from the moon.

Description:
A dark red liquid fills this strange vial. Its power is unknown, but dark energy emanates from the glass.

Alert Affliction Item: Moon Fragment
The user who bears a fragment of the moon can communicate with the celestial god of the night. During full moons, the user can ask a single question relating to the past, present, or the future or seek insight into problems. Answers can be vague, or visions may appear to the user crystal clear.

A fragment from the moon. How they get to Elyxium no one can be sure.

Alert Affliction Item: Glowing Meteorite
This affliction gives the user the ability to control the gravity around their body. This area of effect starts at 1 meter to 20 meters based on the progression of the magic stat. The user can make objects float or force a stronger gravitational pull downwards. 

Description:
A glowing piece from a meteorite. It is hot to the touch, but once a being has touched its surface the light emanating from within vanishes. Where does it go?

Gives the user silk webbing additions to the body. These can be in any style like clothing, wings, or hanging threads. These additions look like fine webbing or lace. Is only for appearance, can not be controlled as a weapon or tool.

A spider with...wings? god no.

Alert Affliction Item: Phantom Blight
Allows the user to have ethereal-like wing shapes over the arms. These are mostly transparent and can have any style. Can be summoned or constantly showing. These phantom wings can allow flight only during the night and can leave streaks of colour in the sky.

These wings can be any colour, and is not solid, but sustain flight. These phantom wings can have non-connecting parts.

Tame Affliction: Crycal Worm
Allows the user's tail/s to end in a unique mouth.

This item is applied to the tail of the user (In special cases like Shingalings, the tail remains of its material). This mouth can be any style, adding eyes must be from a trait. This mouth can be larger than the user's head, but shouldn't be larger than 50% of the body. If the user has multiple tails then this item can be used on the additional tails as well. It is user preference if the tail is controlled or has a mind of its own.

Allows the elemental control of time. This is not to a large degree, but around a few seconds to a few minutes depending on magic level. Time can only be paused by the user, in which the user can move freely while the world stops.

Allows the elemental control of acid. This allows the user to turn liquid/vapor into acid that can burn the skin. Large bodies of water can be turned into acid upon mastering the element.

Allows the elemental control of plasma (Living energy), not to a devastating degree. This allows the user to manipulate those around them, along with animals and small creatures. The stronger the user is in magic correlates to how well they can control conscious beings. Magic 15+ can fully control a conscious being around them (Main species etc).

This item replaces one of the wearer's eyes*, it is can vary in colour but appear almost like it is glowing with energy. Whilst wearing the eye the user can see things others cannot, such as scent trails, hidden objects, doors and other's hidden intentions. This also includes souls of others and hidden intentions. 

*If the character doesn't have eyes, this is placed where eyes would presumably be. Etc in the eye socket of Dephx, on the head of Ethren. Nadires have this gem positioned on their mask. Shingalings have the gem in one of the mouth sockets.

Said to be made by an ancient treasure seeker this item was crafted for the soul use of seeing the unseen, it has since been crafted many times over due to its popularity with treasure-seeking Aphex.

Grants the character a body and/or traits of wood.

This item allows the character's body to be made of carved or twisted wood, this can be fullbody or applied to traits/limbs. There can be leaves or tree fruits on the end of horns, extrusions. Wood/leaves can be any hue. Intricate carvings are allowed.
