Mermaid tails can vary in style, any aquatic animal can be used as inspiration. The tail has no limit of fins, but any fins above the waist must be a trait. 
It is optional to have webbed fingers. 
To use this item, edit/redraw your Character's masterlist image then submit a redesign with this item attached.

Description:
A tail supposedly belonging to a magical fish. If you return it's long-lost half, it will grant you a wish for your troubles.
