Head/eye shifting. The heads and all eyes will go through periods of rot randomly (may occur 5 times in a day, or only once a year). After they have rotted away, a new head/eye will reappear replacing them. The two side heads will always have the same snout and the middle head will have a random one that is not the same as the 2 side heads. The eyes are unique and 2 of the same eye will not appear at the same time.
