  • The Astrapia Imperial

    Unlike many other districts, Gonewell is monitored by a council of Aphex called The Astrapia Imperial. They are a group of immortal Aphex that survive deep in the Amazon rainforest. They all rule with a system akin to a council, instead of having one leader. The members of this group are said to be survivors from before human kind had died out, and are respected for their vast knowledge. While these Aphex may know many secrets about the world, they only share this information among themselves.
